Friendly and Vibrant College Town
Growing Center of Cultural and Visual Arts

Goshen’s historic downtown is full of activity – eclectic dining establishments, a comfy coffee shop (with Wifi!) and all manner of antique stores, boutiques and specialty shops in turn-of-the century brick buildings.  A vibrant arts community is anchored by Goshen College and the renowned Sauder Music Hall - one of the nation’s top performance venues.  The intimate 80-seat New World Arts Theatre celebrates alternative theatre, independent film and fine arts.  Much of the work is produced by local talent. The Old Bag Factory artisan complex, a converted burlap and bag factory, houses more than a dozen artisan shops and studios.
